Choosing The Best Covered Storage Space For You

RV/Boat Dimensions: Measure the total length and width of your RV/Boat/Trailer to ensure you have an accurate idea of how much space is needed to accomodate it.
Additional Space: Consider extra space on your measurements for opening doors, extending awnings, and additional side accessories. You may also consider a larger space to accomodate multiple vehicles like a truck and trailer, or maybe a vehicle you take with on your RV trips.
Height Clearance: Ensure the canopy height is sufficient to cover the highest point of your RV, including any roof-mounted accessories.
Maneuvering Space: Think about how much space you'll need to comfortably park and maneuver your vehicle. Our facility was built purely with RV, Boat, & Vehicle parking in mind, so our wide drive aisles and angled parking spaces should make this an easier task.

12x25 Or Smaller Unit: These smaller spaces are great for small camper vans, short travel trailers, jet skis, canoes, and other miscellaneous accessories.
12x30 (Medium) Unit: Ideal for medium-large boats (fishing boats, pontoons, small motorboats) with space for accessories, or for most Class C RVs and medium-sized travel trailers, all with fair room for maneuvering and additional storage.
12x40 (Large) Unit: Perfect for large Class A RVs or long fifth wheels. Large enough space to accomodate nearly any boat with room to spare. Provides extensive overhead coverage and additional space for side accessories. Ample space for maneuvering.
12x45, 12x50 (Extra Large) Unit: Best for the largest Class A size RVs or even multiple vehicles. Easily store any typical boat/trailer, likely with room to spare for accessories or an additional smaller vehicle.
